When developing a target list of companies we begin by identifying key organizations and gathering information based on industry and job functions.
 
Name Generation
Based on the targeted companies and information received through our Pre-Search process - we begin to generate names of potential candidates.  We can quickly provide this information through the use of our extensive database, directories, online memberships, professional organizations and our ability to find additional information as needed.

Sourcing
This service is often used as an addition to the Name Generation Service.  After we have identified the personnel that have the experience you need, we conduct the initial contact and screening for you.  We will screen for specific qualifications you are looking for and obtain a resume to pass along for your review.

Services

All of our services are flexible and are available to fit your needs.  You can choose to bypass the research phase and provide your own list of potential candidates and you can opt to extend the sourcing services if you require more detailed information about the potential candidates.
